We are excited to announce the release of Glencoe Software's Bio-Formats 7.0.0-624, which includes everything in open source Bio-Formats 7.0.0 from the Open Microscopy Environment.

Highlights
In addition, highlights of Glencoe Software’s Bio-Formats 7.0.0 include:
- Readers for CV7000/CV8000 acquisitions are improved to support multiple and varying “actions” (2D, Z stack, Z projection, etc.) across channels.
Glencoe Software has also worked to improve our documentation of licensing and dependencies for Bio-Formats. These can now be viewed here and here.
Please also note that bioformats2raw will soon include a reader for the Fluidigm Hyperion MCD file format. This reader is not included in core Bio-Formats, so this format will be supported in OMERO Plus via conversion only. Please see the work in progress here and stay tuned for a future release.
