Applied Precision uses a customized version of OMERO to deliver data management solutions with its DeltaVision® Core High-resolution Imaging System.

Rockefeller University Press uses a customized version of OMERO in the JCB DataViewer, the world's first web-based publication system for original image data. Read the original Editorial and a recent announcement of new updates, including allowing original data download as OME-TIFF.

PerkinElmer uses OMERO for its Columbus® Image Data Management and Analysis System. Columbus allows scientists to manage, view, annotate and measure images from anywhere via the Internet. It supports image files from a wide range of sources, including Opera®, PerkinElmer's High Throughput, High Content Screening System and Operetta®, PerkinElmer's High Content Imaging System.

The CELL: An Image Library™ is an on-line public repository of images of cells from a variety of organisms sponsored by the American Society for Cell Biology. All submitted images are vetted and annotated by trained annotators, to add value to the submitted image data. It uses a customized version of OMERO for data submission, annotation, visualization, and download.
