OMERO and the Data Management Engine

Glencoe Software contributes to the OMERO codebase, and has made significant enhancements to OMERO.server. Open source through and through, development of OMERO is transparent and open to to the community. Feel free to join the mailing list, keep an eye on the blog, or follow everything we're up to on the OMERO Trac.

Glencoe Software builds and delivers the Glencoe Software DME, a customised, tested, supported, and warrantied version of OMERO. Glencoe Software DME customers get their own private support network, a dedicated phone support line, and access to customization services.

LOCI

Bio-Formats

Glencoe Software provides both development services and support for the open source Bio-Formats package in collaboration with the Laboratory for Optical and Computational Instrumentation (LOCI) at the University of Wisconsin Madison.

In addition, as LOCI's commercial partner for the Bio-Formats package Glencoe Software provides commercial licenses for the GNU General Public License Version 3 (GPL) licensed software. If you want to use Bio-formats in a commercially licensed package, you must contact sales at glenceosoftware.com, for a commercial license.
