Glencoe’s Bio-Formats 8.3.0-834 includes everything in open source Bio-Formats 8.3.0 from the Open Microscopy Environment. Details of these changes are included in the Bio-Formats 8.3.0 release notes.
Other Highlights
- Improved default rendering settings for QPTIFF data
- Improved detection of DICOM whole slide imaging pyramids
- Added support for Incucyte acquisitions that span multiple plates
- Set emission wavelength of fluorescence NDPI files
- Prevented certain types of Zeiss CZI data from being incorrectly detected as plates
